Here's the new Toast TV showreel, featuring clips from our latest series of video productions. The work that we did over the past year took us all the way from creating cinematic internal corporate communications videos, back to humorous television commercials.
We're here to bring our clients' ideas to life, whether they're radical or conservative. To do this means that we need to understand brands and their audiences. So if you have a question, a comment, or would like a quote for a production, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Toast produced this tongue-in-cheek commercial for mobile gambling service LadyLucks. Using creative work from Us London, LadyLucks wanted to capture all the fun of mobile gambling in a new and exciting way. The 30 second spot features everyday people celebrating their victories in true over the top slow-motion.
The 'Enjoy The Moment' video was directed and written by Us London duo, Jo Tanner and Mark Howard. Ed Rutherford was DOP, Lo Town composed the music, picture grading came from Envy and the sound design was by the Jungle Group.
Advertising agency DDB chose director Ben Hume-Paton and Toast to create a series of launch films for the new VW Touareg 4X4s. The cars, we are told, are packed with intelligent technology and managed to be lighter and more efficient than ever before.
Each of the films was shot in studio and on location, and was captured using the new generation of Red, Varicam and 5D cameras. The film shows the VW elegantly passing through tough outdoor terrain.
Sony wanted a film to show off the capabilities of their new Bloggie HD pocket camera. Dare's creative director Flo Heiss and Toast director Ed Gill decided that they would glue the camera to public pavements and walls. The idea was to prank the general public into attempting and failing to pick up the Bloggie as it filmed their attempts.
The finished video was the main launch device for the 'Shape it. Shoot it. Share it' campaign and was shot exclusively using the Bloggie. Due to the campaign's popularity, Toast went on to create a series of follow up tutorial films for the brand.
Popular wine brand Echo Falls returned to our television sets last summer with their sponsorship of Channel 4's hit dinner party series Come Dine with Me. The bumpers show a fun girly dinner party in action, fuelled by a bottle of Echo Falls.
The campaign was directed by Ben Hume-Paton and was created by Craftwork Marketing. The team used hand held photography and a variety of film lenses to ensure a shallow depth of field.
